FREEDOM TELEMED does not treat emergency medical conditions. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms-
CALL 911 OR GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM:
- Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath
- Chest pain or upper abdominal pain or pressure lasting 2 minutes or longer
- Fainting, sudden dizziness, weakness
- Changes in vision

- Confusion or changes in mental status, unusual behavior, difficulty walking
- Any sudden or severe pain
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea

- Suicidal or homicidal feelings
- Unusual abdominal pain
